UCR faculty-led short-term programs designed to keep you on academic track in an international setting. On a Faculty-Led Education Abroad Program (FLEAP), you can explore a foreign country first-hand with fellow classmates and experience the power of cultural exchange.

  • Earn 8 units of UCR credit by successfully completing two courses.
  • Learn in a small classroom setting, with a maximum of 30 students.
  • Take UC Riverside General Catalog courses, taught by UC Riverside faculty.
  • Take 8 units to be eligible for summer financial aid. If you are a visiting student, check with your home campus about financial aid.

 

International Affairs Education Abroad Summer Program Scholarship Fund

A merit-based scholarship opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students from the University of California, Riverside campus enrolled in a faculty-led, summer program. Individual scholarships up to $1,000 will be awarded to students enrolled in one of the 2018 Faculty Led Education Abroad Programs.
